Woodstock-- Polly Letofsky is on a five-year, 24,000 kilometre odyssey that has put her through an earthquake, lightning storm and forest fires on several continents.

Despite all that her breast cancer awareness message being carried on her 24th pair of shoes remains her focus.

"Women have to be prepared to be their own advocates.  If anything's different in breast, go see a doctor," says Letofsky, the one-woman walking machine behind the GlobalWalk for Breast Cancer.
