The Lions Clubs started adopting her off the streets of Australia over three years ago and from the local levels helped Letofsky with the breast cancer campaign.  Eventually a club in Mackay, Queensland invited her to become a member of their club and made her a lion.

In Australia along a 300 stretch with very little businesses or homes, others, "adopted" her.  Truckers, police, and marines all made sure she was safe, had plenty of water and food.  Letofsky said, "the whole country gathered to help out.  With it being a main road, the vehicles couldn't stop.  A driver in a vehicle, rolled down his window, and yelled, "Here is some food for you as he tossed it out the window."

She has traveled from Colorado, Arizona and California;  New Zealand (Cape Reinga to Bluff); Australia (Melbourne to Port Douglas); Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, India, and Turkey); Europe (Greece, Italy, Austria, Germany, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium, UK and Ireland.

United States and Canada have included New York City, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ontario Canada, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa.  She will cross Missouri and Kansas and then back to Vail.

Letofsky estimates she has raised $200,000 in United States dollars for breast cancer awareness.
