Polly Letofsky has proved her boots are made for walking.  The 38-year-old globetrotter is pushing a revamped baby pram around the world to raise money for breast cancer.  She walked into Newcastle at the weekend and stopped for a much-needed drink at Queens Wharf Brewery.

Ms. Letofsky, a former endurance athlete, walks 25km a day six days a week.  If her form keeps up she will be back home in June 2004.
